Michael Hickey contacted us to see if we were interested in selling our investment property at Bray Park. When we made this decision to sell this contact was followed up and Michael offered the best deal in comparison to many other offers we had received – there was a set fee less than others without any advertising costs or photography costs that appealed to us. In speaking to Michael there was a real connection from the start with a no nonsense approach with a genuine tone to what he said he could do to sell our property – he was very down to earth. Our first buyer pulled out of the contract after getting the building and pest report that picked up some very minor issues. Michael quickly assisted with getting these rectified with access to known trades people doing maintenance work on their rental properties and the house was put back on the market at $7,000 more than the first contract and we had a sale within a week. Michael was very approachable throughout the complete process and kept us up to date on inspections and buyer feedback.
